Kate sladek

Many years ago, through extensive research as a mom of young twins and caregiver for her husband, she realized the importance of whole food & plant-based diets, non-toxic personal care products, and intentional self-care.

More recently, as a widow and cancer survivor, she felt pulled to help others going through similar, devastating hardships. 

In 2022, she founded Sladeks Seeking Wellness, LLC, to focus on health & wellness for both cancer survivors and widows. Kate feels blessed to support the J146 Foundation and host her retreats at Lorrayne Ranch.
